Filtrol is a division of Wex Companies Inc., meaning this purchase may show as WEXCOMPANIESINC on your credit card statement. This notice is to prevent any confusion and disputes that could result in additional fee's to us and the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTICE IF SHIPPING TO A PARCEL LOCKER:
For unknown reasons, we have not had luck shipping orders to parcel lockers. Almost always, USPS states that the package has been delivered when it in fact was not and the package becomes lost and either comes days later or not at all. To avoid this, we suggest that if your address is affiliated with a parcel locker, to select UPS, as they are unable to deliver to parcel lockers and will deliver the package to your door step.         

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are likely to incur additional fees upon arrival at customs. Regardless of the size or cost of your order, these fees can often exceed $50-$100+ and must be paid by the receiver before the order can be delivered.
Please note that once the order is placed, it is promptly processed and shipped. After it leaves our facility, we cannot change its destination or cancel the order.
If an order is refused and returned to us, only the cost of the product will be refunded; shipping fees are non-refundable.
